Ingredients

  • 400 g plum (s) fresh or straiht from the jar
  • 600 g strawberries
  • 1 packet vanilla flavor (Bourbon vanilla flavor)
  • 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)
  • 4 cl rum
  • 2 pinches cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and stone fresh plums and cut into small pieces. Or drain the pickled plums and cut them into pieces as well.
  2. Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Put the fruit in a saucepan, then add the cinnamon, vanilla flavor and preserving sugar and mix well. Bring everything to a boil and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the hob, pour in the rum and stir. Pour the jam into jars and close.
