Ingredients
- 250 g tomato (s), small, elonated vine tomatoes
- 250 g strawberries
- 1 bunch basil
For the dressing:
- 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon, leveled sugar
- salt
- pepper
- 5 tablespoon olive oil

- Quarter the tomatoes lengthways, as well as the strawberries. Put both in a bowl and mix together. Cut the basil leaves into fine strips.
- Mix the other ingredients (it is important to choose a fruity balsamic vinegar as possible) into a dressing until it becomes creamy and mix with the strawberries and tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil.
- This salad tastes very fruity and wonderfully sweet and sour. A nice refreshment for the summer.
