Instructions

  1. The amount is designed for 8-10 plastic ice cream molds of 50 ml each (e.g. from Ikea).
  2. Wash the strawberries, remove the greens and briefly puree for 3 seconds in a small bowl with the hand blender. I didn`t puree it completely smooth because I wanted to have small pieces in the ice cream.
  3. Beat the cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold half of the whipped cream into the pureed strawberries and mix the other half with the banana juice. Now pour the mixture into the molds as you like. I started with the strawberry cream, filled it halfway and then filled in the banana cream last.
  4. Freeze in the freezer for 6 hours.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
