Strawberry – Banana – Dessert

• 250 g strawberry puree
• 160 g cream cheese
• Sugar, ad libitum
• 125 ml whipped cream, (cream)
• 4 small banana (s)
• Whipped cream, (cream)
• Liqueur, (chocolate liqueur) or chocolate sauce

Instructions

1. Set aside 4 tablespoons of the strawberry purée - whip the whipped cream until firm.
2. Mix in the strawberry puree and cream cheese, add the sweetener and whipped cream to taste. Peel and slice the bananas.
3. Divide the strawberry / cream cheese cream into dessert bowls, place the banana slices on top, pour 1 tablespoon of strawberry purée over them, add a large dollop of whipped cream and pour chocolate liqueur or sauce over them.
