Ingredients

  • 600 g strawberries
  • 400 g blackberries
  • 500 g preservin suar 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and cut into quarters. Wash the blackberries as well and then simmer with the chopped strawberries over medium heat to a sauce with pieces of fruit. Stir in the preserving sugar and cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
  2. Pour the jam into jars. Then turn it upside down for five minutes, then turn it over and let it cool down.
