Strawberry Cake from Sheet Metal

• 1 pck. Custard powder, cream- for cooking
• 40 grams sugar
• 0.5 liter ½ milk
• 250 g low-fat quark
• 1 kg strawberries

Instructions

1. Prepare a batter from eggs, butter, sugar, salt, flour and baking powder. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees (convection 150 degrees) for about 30 minutes. Then let it cool down.

3. Prepare the cream pudding powder with sugar and milk according to the instructions on the packet. Let cool a little and stir in the low-fat quark.
4. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Brush the base with the pudding and quark mixture and cover with the strawberries. Add sugar to taste. Topping is not absolutely necessary, if you like you can of course cover the cake with it.
