Strawberry Cake in Glass

Instructions

1. Clean the strawberries, halve or quarter depending on the size, flavor as desired.
2. While you are marinating, making cream or pudding, e.g. 500g low-fat quark, cream quark or mascarpone with honey, vanilla sugar, Whip up the liqueur. It goes very quickly with a 500g jar of yogurt you bought, e.g. coconut, poppy seed, stracciatella or chocolate yogurt (in the order we like it).
3. Layer in 4-6 glasses, e.g. whiskey tumbler, in the following: strawberries, crumbs, cream, strawberries, crumbs, cream, on top again the most beautiful strawberries. Decorate with 1 tablespoon of chocolate sauce or grated chocolate per glass.

5. If you want to do without alcohol in the strawberry marinade and the cream, a layer of egg liqueur tastes very good at the end; you can leave it out for the children`s portions.
