  • 500 g natural yourt, 1.5% fat
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 5 tablespoon cappuccino powder
  • 5 tablespoon strawberry powder
  • N / A sweetener
  • 1 small can mandarine (s)
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark and yoghurt and divide into two portions. Stir the cappuccino into one half and sweeten to taste. Stir in the strawberry powder in the second half and also sweeten. Drain the mandarins. Layer cappuccino quark, tangerines and strawberry quark in glasses and then decorate with chocolate flakes.
  2. Chill until consumption.
  3. If you would like it more flavorful, simply take more cappuccino or strawberry powder.
