  • 400 g strawberries
  • 1 pack gelatine fix
  • 200 g chocolate, white
  • 250 ml cremefine

Instructions

  1. Clean the strawberries and puree with Gelatinefix. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in the saucepan over low heat. Let cool, add to the strawberry puree and carefully beat under. Beat the Cremefine until stiff and carefully fold into the mixture with a whisk.
  2. Pour the mousse into cups, bowls or a large bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
