Ingredients
- 125 g strawberries
- 150 ml milk (1.5% fat), possibly more
- 1 tablespoon chocolate, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon honey, more liquid

- Wash, clean and drain the strawberries, remove the green sepals. Set aside 1 strawberry for garnish, cut the remaining strawberries into small pieces.
- Mix the strawberries with the milk, chocolate and honey in a blender until creamy. Pour into a tall glass. Cut in the rest of the strawberry and stick it on the edge of the glass. Serve the shake with a thick drinking straw.
- Tip: If the drink is too thick, simply dilute with a little milk to the desired consistency.
