Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla pudding powder
  • 30 g butter
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 70 grams flour
  • 150 ml milk
  • 50 g almonds, round
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and quarter the strawberries.
  2. Spread butter on a 28 cm cake tin, I always spread the ground almonds on top of the butter because I just like it. If you prefer to leave that out, you don`t need the almonds from the recipe.
  3. Mix the strawberries with a tablespoon of sugar and vanilla puding powder and set aside.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  5. Beat the eggs with the remaining approx. 85 g sugar to a creamy mass. Gradually stir in the flour. Then add the milk and finally the melted butter.
  6. Put the strawberries in the prepared dish and cover with the batter. Bake in the oven on the second level from the bottom for about 30 minutes. If it turns too brown, cover with a piece of aluminum foil.
  7. Finally dust with icing sugar and serve warm.
