Strawberry Cloud Smoothie

I present to you a dessert drink. And the strawberry smoothie is a good start to a new day. Tasty and healthy. Smoothie “Strawberry Cloud” will appeal to both adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Strawberries – 200-250 g
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Kefir – 1-1.5 cups
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon

You don’t need to add honey if the strawberries are sweet, and the amount of kefir affects the thickness of the smoothie.

Directions

  1. Peel the banana, cut it into circles. Remove the stem from the strawberries, rinse well, cut into pieces.
  2. Beat the fruits well in a blender until smooth.
  3. Then add honey. Beat with a blender. And then add kefir.
  4. Beat everything well. Strawberry Cloud smoothie is ready.
  5. Serve the smoothie chilled. Bon Appetit!
