Ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 4 egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and let it cool, then mix with the quark, honey, egg yolks, vanilla pulp, salt and lemon zest. Mix the semolina with the starch, sieve over the quark mixture and mix in.
