Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 500 g quark
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar or candarel
  • 200 g amaretti

Instructions

  1. Puree 300 g of the strawberries. If the strawberries are not sweet enough, add 1 tablespoon of sugar or candarel if necessary. Leave 4 beautiful strawberries as decoration, finely dice the rest and add to the pureed mixture.
  2. Beat the quark with the sugar or candarel until frothy. Whip the whipped cream until stiff, if you like, with pure vanilla or season it and carefully fold it into the quark.
  3. Keep a few of the amaretti for decoration, coarsely grind the rest in a blender or crumble in a plastic bag with a rolling pin.
  4. Set up 4 large, bulbous glasses, put a layer of amaretti crumbs in each glass, top with quark, then strawberry puree, then amaretti crumbs, again quark and strawberries. The last layer should be amaretti crumbs, decorate with whole amaretti and the strawberries.
  5. Can be prepared well. Can be put in the fridge in the morning, but not overnight, please!
