Strawberry Dessert

A wonderful dessert for a hot summer: strawberries in jelly and a little cream.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry jelly – 1 package
  • Strawberries – 200-250 g
  • Thick cream 35% – 150 g
  • Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp or to taste

  1. Instead of jelly, you can use gelatin and make a strawberry syrup with fresh strawberries.
    We dilute the jelly with hot water in a smaller amount than indicated on the package. I took 300 ml of water instead of 400 ml. Stir the jelly well until dissolved and let cool. You can take medium-sized strawberries. Wash, remove the stalks and cut them in half.
  2. Put prepared strawberries in the cooled jelly and set them in the refrigerator to freeze.
    You can choose any form for solidification. Corrugated cupcake tins look beautiful.
  3. Whip the cream and icing sugar.
  4. The form, with the frozen jelly, is immersed in hot water for a few seconds and turned over on a plate. Decorate the strawberry dessert with whipped cream using a pastry bag with an asterisk attachment.
