Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg strawberries
- 250 g mascarpone
- 1 kg quark, 40%
- 500 ml whipped cream
- 100 g suar
- 4 sachets vanilla sugar
- 200 g merinue, white
- 100 g merinue crown, white and pink
- 200 g chocolate, (yourt chocolate)

- Wash and quarter the strawberries, leave 8 beautiful whole berries to decorate. Infuse the chopped strawberries with two tablespoons of sugar and juice.
- In the meantime, whip the cream with 2 sachets of vanilla sugar until stiff. Then stir the quark with the mascarpone, the remaining sugar and the remaining vanilla sugar until smooth. If the mixture is too stiff, add a little water. Chop the chocolate (preferably yogurette) very small and fold in.
- Put the white meringue in a bag and roll over it with a paper towel, crumbling the meringue into small pieces. Do not press too hard, it must not turn into sugar dust.
- Layer strawberries, quark cream and meringue crumbs alternately in a large glass bowl. Finally, add the cream. Now the strawberry dream is decorated with meringue crowns and strawberries.
- Serve on the same day, otherwise the strawberries will pull too much juice and the whole thing will be too runny!
