Strawberry – Elderflower Limes

Ingredients

• 1 ½ kg strawberries, cleaned
• 1 liter syrup (elderflower)
• 100 ml lemon juice
• 700 ml vodka

Instructions

1. Puree the strawberries. Add the syrup, lemon juice and vodka to the pureed strawberries and stir. Fill, chill and you`re done.
2. Serve well chilled!
3. It tastes best when prepared a few days before consumption.
