Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 360 g crème fraîche
- Pepper, black
- sugar
- possibly whipped cream

- Halve or quarter the strawberries depending on the size. Leave 6 strawberries whole. In a bowl, sprinkle with black pepper (if possible from the grinder about 4 to 5 turns). Sprinkle with sugar as you like and mix with each other. Let it steep for about half an hour.
- Put the crème fraîche in a tall measuring cup, add half of the strawberries and puree. Divide the other half between 6 cup glasses or dessert bowls. Pour the strawberry mixture over it.
- Place a whole strawberry on top to decorate.
- Tip: If you feel like it and / or have no weight problems, you can add the strawberry to a dab of whipped cream.
