  • 1 package Gelfix 3:
  • 350 grams sugar
Strawberry – Grapefruit – Jam
Strawberry – Grapefruit – Jam

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the strawberries. Peel the grapefruit (I took pink). Ideally, very generously straight away so that the white skin is also removed. For 400 g you need about 3 medium-sized ones. Also cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix the strawberries, grapefruit, Gelfix and sugar in a large saucepan and let the juice steep for about 30 minutes.
  3. Bring to the boil over medium heat and bring to the boil for four minutes. If you like, you can go through with the hand blender, I left it a little bit more chunky.
  4. Make and fill the gelling test.
  5. Makes about six 250 ml. Glasses.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
