Ingredients

  • 150 g strawberries or other berries
  • 70 g suar, finer
  • 125 ml milk (fresh milk)
  • 50 ml sweet cream
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries (you can also use blueberries, raspberries or red currants instead of strawberries). Then puree the strawberries with sugar, lemon juice and milk.
  2. Beat the sweet cream almost until stiff and fold into the strawberry mixture. Let stir in the ice cream maker for 20 - 35 minutes. Tip: serve with cold fruits.
