  • 300 g strawberries, frozen
  • 200 g yourt, (10% fat)
  • 150 g cream, unbeaten
  • 90 g suar
  • Vanilla sugar, 1/3 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Cool down the (compressor) ice machine for about 10 minutes so that it shows -23 °.
  2. Puree all ingredients in the mixer and pour into the machine immediately.
  3. Let the mixture stir to ice for about 30 minutes.
  4. Then either serve the ice cream immediately in pre-chilled bowls or put it in the freezer. In the latter case, stir every now and then so that no ice crystals form.
