Ingredients

  • 300 ml kefir, (homemade or bought)
  • 40 g oatmeal
  • 50 ml milk
  • 140 g strawberries, frozen (approx. 10-12)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Put all of the above ingredients in a tall container and mix with the hand blender. Arrange in a suitable glass.
  2. The shake should be served as soon as possible, otherwise the oat flakes will swell. The shake can also be made with any other fruit or without oatmeal as a kind of milkshake.
