- g 1,000 strawberries, cleaned
- g 1,000 kiwi (s), peeled
- g 1,000 preservin suar, 2: 1
- 3 teaspoons vanilla sugar (bourbon)
- 2 packs citric acid

- Wash and clean the strawberries, peel the kiwi, cut both into small pieces. Add the citric acid, vanilla sugar and preserving sugar, leave to stand for about 2 hours, then cook according to the preserving sugar instructions and immediately pour into glasses while hot.
