Ingredients

  • g 1,000 strawberries, cleaned
  • g 1,000 kiwi (s), peeled
  • g 1,000 preservin suar, 2: 1
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla sugar (bourbon)
  • 2 packs citric acid

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the strawberries, peel the kiwi, cut both into small pieces. Add the citric acid, vanilla sugar and preserving sugar, leave to stand for about 2 hours, then cook according to the preserving sugar instructions and immediately pour into glasses while hot.
  2. I received 10 glasses of 230ml each.
