Strawberry – Lime Cocktail

• 500 g strawberries
• 300 ml milk, fresh (3.5%)
• 0.5 ½ cup liqueur, strawberry - lime
• 2 scoops ice cream (strawberry)
• 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. Brush and clean the strawberries. Mix the fresh whole milk with the strawberry-lime liqueur. Add two scoops of strawberry ice cream and vanilla sugar. Puree the whole thing in the blender for two minutes.
2. Let the mixture steep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
3. To garnish, place a scoop of strawberry ice cream and a strawberry on the filled cocktail glass.
