Strawberry Lime with Fresh Strawberries

Ingredients

• g 2,150 strawberries
• 700 ml vodka (37.5%)
• 90 ml lemon juice
• 150 g cane suar, brown

Instructions

1. Keep all ingredients near freezing. Puree the strawberries, add the vodka and stir.
2. Add lemon juice as needed, stir and add sugar to taste (there can be big differences depending on the sweetness of the strawberries!).
3. Sufficient for 3 liters.
