- 700 ml vodka (37.5%)

- Keep all ingredients near freezing. Puree the strawberries, add the vodka and stir.
- Add lemon juice as needed, stir and add sugar to taste (there can be big differences depending on the sweetness of the strawberries!).
- Sufficient for 3 liters.
