Ingredients

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice, fresh
  • 100 g yourt
  • 100 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar or agave syrup, possibly more

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. If you like, you can keep 2 pieces for decoration.
  2. Mix the strawberries with the yoghurt and buttermilk as well as the lime juice and season with sugar or agave syrup. If you like, you can also use more lime juice.
  3. Fill into glasses and skewer the strawberries on the edge of the glass.
