• 250 g strawberries, as small as possible
• 150 g rock candy, white
• 1 vanilla pod (s)
• 670 ml schnapps (fruit schnapps)

Instructions

1. Carefully wash the strawberries, drain them well, remove the stems, place in a wide-necked liter bottle with the rock sugar and the vanilla pod, fill up with the fruit schnapps and leave the bottle in a sunny place for 14 days.
