  • 200 g mano (s) (frozen)
  • 200 g strawberries (frozen)
  • 100 ml coconut milk, creamy
  • 100 ml milk (rice milk)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ guar gum

Instructions

  1. Let the frozen fruits thaw until the liquid settles out. Put the coconut milk and rice milk in a tall container, add the guar gum and stir quickly with a whisk until creamy.
  2. Then stir in the fruits with the settled liquid and place in an ice cream maker. Let stir for 30 minutes and enjoy straight away.
  3. The ice cream can also be stored, but the consistency becomes harder!
