Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 500 g honeydew melon (s)
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Puree the strawberries, cut the melon into cubes. Mix the fruit with the preserving sugar and let it steep for 3-4 hours.
  2. Then bring the mass to a boil. Let it boil for 4 minutes while stirring, fill into glasses while hot and close immediately.
