Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 500 ml cream
  • 65 g powdered suar, more or less to taste
  • 1 tablespoon liqueur, (coffee liqueur, Kahlua)
  • 140 g merinue

Instructions

  1. Clean and slice the strawberries. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in the powdered sugar and coffee liqueur. Break the meringues into pieces.
  2. Layer everything evenly in 4 dessert bowls or glasses: Start with the meringues, then a layer of cream and strawberries, again meringue, then cream and finish with the strawberries.
  3. Serve the dessert immediately.
