Ingredients

  • 300 g strawberries, fresh
  • 1 dash maple syrup
  • 4 peppermint leaves, fresh
  • 400 ml milk, cold (1.5% fat)
  • possibly ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut into small pieces. Wash the mint leaves, shake dry and pluck to the strawberries.
  2. Add the maple syrup and some milk and puree everything well. Top up with milk, stir well and serve. If desired, add ice cubes.
