My favorite recipe for strawberry mini muffins, which I sometimes make every day. They always turn out delicious and airy.

- Whisk the egg into a bowl of butter and beat again.
- Add color to the oil mixture and stir.
- Pour the cream into the mixture.
- Sift flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder into the butter mixture and add half the chopped strawberries.
- Place the dough in a baking dish and bake the muffins for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Make a cream. Whisk 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup strawberries with a blender until smooth.
- Garnish the cooled muffins with strawberry butter and enjoy dessert.
