Strawberry Mini Muffins

My favorite recipe for strawberry mini muffins, which I sometimes make every day. They always turn out delicious and airy.

Ingredients

• Butter – 200 Grams
• Sugar – 1/2 Cup
• Egg – 1 Piece
• Flour – 1 Glass
• Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
• Soda – 1/4 Teaspoon
• Cream – 1/2 Cup
• Red Dye – 2-3 drops

Directions

1. Whisk the egg into a bowl of butter and beat again.
2. Add color to the oil mixture and stir.
3. Pour the cream into the mixture.
4. Sift flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder into the butter mixture and add half the chopped strawberries.

   

5. Place the dough in a baking dish and bake the muffins for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Make a cream. Whisk 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup strawberries with a blender until smooth.
7. Garnish the cooled muffins with strawberry butter and enjoy dessert.
