Strawberry – Orange Liqueur – Quark Dish

• 200 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
• 500 g quark, 20% fat
• 30 ml orange liqueur
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 80 g suar
• 100 g chocolate flakes or flakes
• 4 orange (n) columns

Instructions

1. Lemon juice and orange liqueur are mixed with the fresh, or thawed, halved strawberries. The sugar is added to this. After everything has been mixed, add the quark spoon by spoon and mix.
2. Put everything in pretty glasses or bowls and sprinkle the surface with the chocolate chips.
3. Decorate each glass with a wedge of orange.
