Ingredients

1 packet puff pastry, frozen
1 package almond (s), sliced (00g content)
75 grams sugar
3 cups whipped cream
1 pck. Oetker Paradise Cream Vanilla
500 g strawberries, cleaned, washed and drained
1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

First the oven is preheated to 225 ° C hot air, then 2-3 sheets are lined with baking paper and the puff pastry slices are placed on top with a little space between them. If you have square panels, you get 10 pieces and if you have rectangular panels, these are cut in half across. You then get 12 halves.
These pieces of dough are brushed well with water so that they are well moistened, then the almond flakes are mixed with the sugar and sprinkled evenly on the dough squares with a spoon. A little more water is distributed between the prepared squares of dough, ideally with a brush, this also ensures that the oven will bake well. Then it is baked for 20-30 minutes, depending on the desired color, check again and again, as every oven is different!
After baking, the paper is simply pulled from the tray and the squares have to cool down.
During this time you can wash the strawberries, drain them and cut them into slices, cover and set aside.
Then the cream is whipped and finally the paradise cream is stirred in, pour the vanilla cream into a piping bag with a large star nozzle and cut a lid from the squares with a sharp knife, sprinkle the cream decoratively and spread the strawberries on it, put the lid back on and with Lightly dust the powdered sugar.
The paradise cream can also be left out and a P. cream stiffener can be stirred in instead.
