Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg fresh strawberries
  • 100 g suar
  • 4 cl orange liqueur
  • 1 bunch mint, fresh
  • 1 ½ liter white wine, dry
  • 2 bottles sparkling wine, dry

Instructions

  1. Halve the strawberries, add the sugar, orange liqueur and half of the mint and wine and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Fill up with the rest of the chilled wine, sparkling wine and mint before serving.
