Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg fresh strawberries
- 100 g suar
- 4 cl orange liqueur
- 1 bunch mint, fresh
- 1 ½ liter white wine, dry
- 2 bottles sparkling wine, dry

- Halve the strawberries, add the sugar, orange liqueur and half of the mint and wine and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Fill up with the rest of the chilled wine, sparkling wine and mint before serving.
