Ingredients
- 400 g strawberries, as fresh as possible
- 300 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 4 tablespoon apple juice, with no added sugar
- 1 pinch ginger powder
- 4 tablespoon honey (lime blossom honey, or another tasty variety)
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- 400 g sweet cream
- 4 cl Cointreau

- Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Dice half and mix with the quark, honey, orange juice, ginger and cinnamon powder. Fill the quark mixture into dessert bowls and garnish with the remaining strawberry pieces and drizzle with Cointreau. Whip the cream and serve with it.
- Tip:
- If you like, you can spice it up with a few lemon balm leaves.
