Ingredients

  • 300 g strawberries
  • 200 g raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla, ground
  • 1 orange (s), juice and zest
  • 250 g preservin suar 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Put the strawberries, raspberries, orange juice and grated orange peel in a bowl and puree finely. Then transfer the mixture to a saucepan.
  2. Also add the preserving sugar and vanilla to the saucepan. Bring to the boil and then simmer for three minutes. Stir again and again.
  3. Carefully pour the hot jam into glasses, making 2 - 3 glasses. Close the jars tightly and turn them upside down for five minutes. Then turn it over again and let it cool down at room temperature.
