Ingredients
- 300 g strawberries
- 200 g raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla, ground
- 1 orange (s), juice and zest
- 250 g preservin suar 2: 1

- Put the strawberries, raspberries, orange juice and grated orange peel in a bowl and puree finely. Then transfer the mixture to a saucepan.
- Also add the preserving sugar and vanilla to the saucepan. Bring to the boil and then simmer for three minutes. Stir again and again.
- Carefully pour the hot jam into glasses, making 2 - 3 glasses. Close the jars tightly and turn them upside down for five minutes. Then turn it over again and let it cool down at room temperature.
