Ingredients

  • 150 ml orange lemonade
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 600 g strawberries
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 100 g jam (strawberry or raspberry jam)
  • 50 g chocolate flakes, white
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. For the dough, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with the mixer on the highest setting until frothy. Stir in the oil and lemonade. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve and stir in.
  2. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes. Let the cake cool on a wire rack.
  3. For the topping, wash the strawberries and cut into small pieces. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Mix the sour cream with the vanilla sugar, the strawberries and the jam and fold in the cream.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the cake and sprinkle with grated white chocolate. Decorate with strawberries and mint if necessary.
