Strawberry Smoothie

A quick and healthy smoothie recipe in 5 minutes. We prepare a delicious spring-summer cocktail at home – a strawberry smoothie.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry – 500 g
  • Milk 1.5% – 150 g
  • Cream 26% – 100 g
  • Powdered sugar – 2 teaspoon + for decoration
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh mint (optional) – for decoration

Directions

  1. Add strawberries (leaving a couple of berries for garnish), powdered sugar, and honey in a food processor.
  2. Now add the cream and milk. Beat first at low speed, and then at high speed.
  3. We prepare 2 glasses: we put them in water and then in powdered sugar to get a beautiful rim. Cutting strawberries for decoration.
  4. Pour strawberry smoothies into glasses. Decorate with strawberries and mint. Strawberry smoothie is ready!
