Instructions

  1. The quantities given are only approximate, the smoothie can be varied according to taste. Mix the strawberries, the mint leaves and the desired sweetener together in the mixer or with the hand blender. Here you get a kind of mush in which you add enough water until the consistency is suitable for drinking. Mix the smoothie well again.

  3. I always use tap water, but you can definitely use soda. My favorite sweetener is xylitol because it is good for the teeth, has fewer calories than sugar and tastes better as a sweetener. Those who work with xylitol should be very careful if there is a dog in the house, as xylitol is poisonous for dogs. The more water you put in, the more sweetener the smoothie usually needs.
  4. With the mint you should pay attention to how strong it is in taste. I`ve never put in too much, but not enough and it tastes really boring.
