Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Let it boil down like a syrup for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut into pieces. Add orange juice and sugar syrup and puree. Pour into a metal bowl and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. Take out the sorbet 10 minutes before serving, let it thaw and beat with a hand blender until smooth. Fill into 4 glasses (if desired with a piping bag) and pour 1 tablespoon of Campari over each. Top up with sparkling wine or prosecco.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
