Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 80 ml egg liqueur
  • 80 ml oil, neutral
  • 80 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 50 ml syrup (strawberry syrup)
  • 5 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 sachet cake icing
  • 150 ml water
  • Fat for the molds
  • Flour for the molds

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg, egg yolk, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy white. Mix in the oil and egg liqueur. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in briefly.
  2. Fill the dough into 6 greased and floured tartlet molds with a diameter of approx. 10 cm and bake at 180 ° C on the middle rack for approx. 20 minutes. Let the tartlets cool down and carefully tip them out of the molds.
  3. Clean the strawberries, cut them into slices and top the tartlets with them. Bring the strawberry syrup, lemon juice, 150 ml water and icing powder to a boil in a saucepan and then leave to cool for a minute. Spread the icing on the tartlets and then let cool.
