Ingredients

  • 200 g yourt with strawberries,> 1.5% fat
  • 1 small banana (s), ripe
  • 140 ml milk 1.5-3.5% fat
  • 2 stems basil, long
  • possibly oat flakes, 1-2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the basil, break through in the middle.
  2. Put the strawberry yoghurt in a tall blender, add the banana in pieces, pour in the milk, completely add the basil and mix everything well with a hand blender until frothy. Depending on the size of your banana and the fat content of the yogurt, you will need a little more or less milk.
  3. Makes approx. 400 ml.
  4. If you like it more robust: mix 1-2 tablespoon oatmeal with it.
