Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • 4 ribs chocolate (yoghurt bar)
  • 3 tablespoon chocolate sprinkles, dark

Instructions

  1. Puree the washed and cleaned strawberries and mix in the powdered sugar. Beat the egg yolks, whip the cream in a separate bowl until stiff. Mix the cream with the egg yolks, then add the strawberry puree and milk.
  2. Mix in the ice cream maker for about 15 minutes. Then stir in the finely chopped chocolate bars and chocolate sprinkles. Then stir for another 5 minutes.
