Ingredients

  • 300 g strawberries, fresh
  • 500 g yourt, 3.5%
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 8 sheets gelatine, white

Instructions

  1. Wash and sort the strawberries. Soak the gelatin. Mix the yogurt with the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Mash half of the berries with a fork or puree in an electric mixer for 10 minutes.
  2. Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in a water bath. Mix the yoghurt, the crushed strawberries and the gelatine. Pour the yoghurt mixture into a cold-rinsed pudding mold and cover it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Turn out onto a platter and serve with the remaining strawberries.
