Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 g yourt
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), which juice and grated zest
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the strawberries and puree them with the sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest. Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the vanilla sugar and yoghurt.
  2. Fold the cream mixture under the strawberries and let cool down in the freezer for a while. Then put in the ice cream maker until it has a creamy consistency.
  3. Serve immediately in chilled bowls.
  4. The amount is enough for two servings with my ice cream machine.
