Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries, washed and sorted
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 300 g yourt, reduced fat
  • 6 sheets gelatin
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 2 medium egg whites

Instructions

  1. Puree the strawberries except for a few nice ones (for the garnish) and stir together with the orange juice, sugar and yoghurt until smooth. Soak the gelatine in cold water for about 10 minutes, dissolve dripping wet in a water bath over low heat.
  2. Gradually stir in the strawberry mixture and stir cold. Chill the mixture until it starts to gel.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the yoghurt cream with the stiffly beaten egg whites. Let the mousse set. Cut off the mousse and decorate with strawberries.
