Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s), separated
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ kl. Bottle / s butter-vanilla flavor
  • 100 ml water, warm
  • 125 ml oil
  • 140 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 0.5 ½ pack custard powder, vanilla flavor
  • 1 pack cake icing, red
  • 500 g strawberries, cleaned

Instructions

  1. Mix egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then stir in 1/2 vial of butter vanilla flavor, water, flour, baking powder and oil. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in carefully with a spoon. Now divide the dough into 2 halves and mix one half with cocoa.
  2. In the center of a springform pan, alternate 2 tablespoons of light and dark dough. Now the dough comes in the oven for 50-60 minutes at 180 °, top and bottom heat (toothpick test!).
  3. Let the cake cool and cook the pudding. Spread the pudding on the cooled cake and let it set. Place the strawberries on top of the pudding layer and pour the icing on top.
