Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s), lightly beaten
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 230 g banana (s), very ripe, mashed
  • 230 g strawberries, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
  • 235 ml oil
  • 375 g flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ nutmeg
  • 120 g walnuts, rouhly chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients except sugar and nuts.
  2. Mix eggs, sugar, strawberries, bananas, orange peel and oil. Stir with the mixer on medium setting for about 2 minutes. Add flour mixture until it is slightly moist. Fold in nuts.
  3. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for approx. 1 hour at 175 degrees in the preheated oven.
